StockFinz AI is an analytics, education, and market-intelligence platform for the Indian stock market (NSE). We do not execute trades, act as a broker, hold client funds, or provide personalized investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. All signals, scores, AI analyses, and data are theoretical and provided for informational and educational purposes only.

2. No Guarantee of Results

Markets are risky. Past performance does not guarantee future results, and any theoretical returns shown are illustrative. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and should consult a SEBI-registered advisor before acting on any information. Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and features are described on our pricing page and may change with notice. Where free trials are offered, terms will be stated at sign-up.

The Service relies on third-party market data and AI providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability of any third-party data, and we are not liable for delays, errors, or outages in such data.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding third-party market data), is owned by WebXron and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StockFinz AI and WebXron shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any trading or investment losses arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
